Jesús Oliva: “We’re working towards equal opportunity”
Jesús Oliva spoke on VCF Media Radio microphones as new VCF Femenino sporting director to look ahead to this new challenge brimming with excitement.
The new sporting director has extensive knowledge on women’s football for his professional career, previously linked to VCF Femenino as first team coach and youth system coordinator amongst other roles… a club man.
“All women’s teams are going to work in the same conditions as the men’s teams. “We’re working towards equal opportunity both in the usage of the same facilities and resources so as to being grateful for belonging to Valencia CF.
We want an elite Academy mid-long term that shines through on the first team players with their preparation and Valencianismo”.
